For individuals who wish to participate and contribute to the program but do not want to be a mentor, subject matter experts are an important resource and are much needed for their skills and expertise. SMEs will provide specific, time-limited assistance that supports a particular area of need, e.g., negotiation skills, financial management, work life balance. The mentor and/or mentee can review areas of support available and contact a corresponding SME for help. SMEs are also invited and encouraged to conduct topical webinars or on line discussions.
