The days of stereotyping workingwomen into a cat-fighting, back-stabbing and all other things Melrose Place related, are now officially over, according to new research from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Their findings, discussed in "With Women as Top Bosses, Other Women Gain" shows that when women land top management positions women who work underneath them benefit with higher pay.
