Starting in 1956, BPW Foundation aimed to ensure that educated women would become workingwomen, and we're still doing just that.  We strive for all women to achieve their career goals through research and educational support.  Providing experts in the field, relevant articles, innovative audio conferences and primary source handouts from BPW Foundation events, we continue to acknowledge education is the first step in creating successful workingwomen and successful workplaces.
